About

Background

JA Architecture is a residential architectural practice based in central London and seeks to provide appropriate architectural solutions specifically tailored to the requirements of the client brief and to the context of the site and surroundings. Each project, whether modern or part of the continuation of an established style, arises from close consultation with the client.

The practice takes commissions for sizes of building projects both in and around London. We also undertake work further afield, having completed projects in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Brighton and East Anglia.

JA Architecture was founded in June 1999 by John Allen, BA (Hons)Arch. DipArch.Prac. (University of Nottingham); a registered architect for over fifteen years. The nature of work undertaken by the practice arose from personal experience in private and public housing, medical buildings and also from working in Australia.
